RHS and Maple Society Special Event Day - Maples in the Garden

The meeting will include a talk by Lawrence Banks on Maples for autumn colour including both Japanese cultivars and other species.  Peter Gregory will talk about Maple flowers, a much-underrated feature of the genus and a local nurseryman Ed Smith from Credal Nurseries on the mystique of grafting!

After lunch a series of walks to look at both the autumn colour and someof the newer species introductions. The day includes coffee and lunch.  Tickets available from the office now.
